I had to look up RFH.
I think I understand the use of rectangles, the tie between the rectangles in the bottom half of the building and those of the window (shapes and tones) but it's not really working for me. It's almost as if it's trying too hard and not quite succeeding.
A purely personal view and opinion, of course. Can't win 'em all.

For my part this is here because I love architectural minimalism. And the harsh edges of the shapes and soft tones on the columns are a great counterpoint to each other. This is either an example of clever architectural design or unintentional consequences of design. Either is an unusual outcome for such a small architectural section. I fear that most missed the point or saw something different to me - ho hum - the difficulty of being an analyst of the smallest point of things.
