Identify This No 88 was a high security key. Very high security. So high in fact that it does not open the door any more! LOL.

We used to use the key in ID 88 many years ago in the secure mental hospital. We used to call them male and female keys because of the way the two sides fit into each other.

I'm back... to identify these plastic copies of genuine walrus tusk toothpicks. However, if that is what they are not, I submit they are possibly throw-away torture implements.

@aj1268 It took me a whole 24 hours to really figure out that the reason they were curved on the end was to give the technician enough leverage for a quick run.
