My holiday is over and it is back to work tomorrow. I have a new team member starting so I made chocolate cupcakes with a touch of Bailey’s and finished with a maltesers buttercream.
It is so hot in my kitchen as I have a slow cooked roast lamb in the oven which, by the time it is finished will have been cooking for six hours.
Your baked creations always looks so perfectly presented! If I tried anything like this the liners would be covered with drips and the frosting would not be in such perfect centers. Absolutely stunning as always
