Communicating

More people and structure. This particular piece of art is called "Communications" and it was designed by Haydn Llewellyn Davies in 1983. It sits in Bell Trinity Square, Toronto.

The desaturated colours looked better to me than b&w for this.

Ok so I love the composition of this, A big fan of desaturation (personally don't understand why so much of street photography is done in b&w) and I like that you captured a hand gesture very well, to add to the 'communicating' aspect of the photo.
