@russianblue no... this is on the east side of old city hall... there's actually a number of spots where bikes seem to gather... but that reminds me that i really DO need to find myself a space of time to get into the financial district for some photos... lots of great structures and sculptures for backdrops and of course, all sorts of people!!!
