It all began in Alveston Park, when I saw a big red pencil; it was in fact the sun.
From the pencil sun I travelled to Mercury, (could be dangerous here,) from which the sun was very visible.
Now back to earth to a dark Australia, no sign of Clinger or any koalas nor my 365 friends, must all be asleep. The UK was facing the sun which, as often is, was just visible, not obscured here by clouds and rain but by the trees and fences.
On to Mars, (could do with some chocolate after all this walking) so far from the sun but yes there it is a long way off, just below the sign to the left of the pole, beyond the goal post.
The last stop on my journey, Venus is nearer the sun which can be seen beyond the children’s playground.
But hang on what is that? Another planet, new, unidentified, just above that mans head?
