Another dull and wet day although the sun did manage to shine for a short while when I was going to a prayer meeting. Afterwards I took a walk round Iremongers Pond. I stood wandering if I could cross the bridge when a duck swam up, paddled across the bridge and continued its journey. I did manage to across the bridge without getting wet feet.
With all this rain in the last few days the water level in the Trent must have risen a little again

@happysnaps Thank you Valerie, I was surprised to find some water over the bridge. The photos I posted of the flooded bridge were taken from the other side near the point where the paths meet.
