Trumpet Blowing?

In November I posted a hose and cart weathervane
( see https://365project.org/oldjosh/additional/2016-11-24) but had not noticed this one at the other end of the building, possibly because it looked part of the TV areal, seeing it from a slightly different angle I saw the trumpet
