The administrative center of the borough of Charnwood; The Carillon in Queens Park, is the War Memorial completed in 1923. It has 47 bells which were cast at the John Taylor Bell Foundry in Loughborough, There are recitals every Thursday 13,00 - 14.00
The tower houses a small museum of military memorabilla from both world wars.
