1st day of vacation! This is a shot of the famous sign as you drive into the strip of Las Vegas! This view has been shot a million times but how can you resist! This shot was the last thing I remember! ;o)

Even the hotel (??) behind it is dated so the whole shot is very vintage. Great processing to enhance it all. Was it you who showed us street cameras camouflaged as palm trees somewhere? Keep an out there. Big Brother may be watching you have a great time!!
I took a shot of this sign years ago and really wanted to shoot it again when I went in April but it just didn't work out. Awesome, awesome shot and processing!

:D fun story: my best friend sarah was with her bf on a 4 weeks roadtrip through the states and of course they stopped in vegas, so i´ve got a postcard with: your shot :D hahaha no not really your shot bit it was very similar! :D your´s to be honest a bit cooler! :D
Of course you don't remember more...it all stayed in Vegas. I wanted to shoot the sign, but hubby too busy getting places when we went by. There were a TON of people there shooting pics. LOVE your retro handling of it. Vegas in itself is not so wonderful inherently,but it is neat how many people have gone there and left some interesting stories in their wake.
