This is my second day of macro! I forgot how fun it is! What the heck, if anyone else wants to do the "one lens, one week" thing tag your pics olow so we can all see your shots! I have a 50mm, a wide angle, and a Lensbaby. This might start something! ;)
You know. You inspired me to use my new lens today only. I will continued he trend. Mine is 40mm, and I will tag accordingly!
Now as far as your photo... Very pretty, but what is it?? Another flower?
ack i wish i could play!!! but tomorrow i have to take my beloved camera to the camera shop to see if they can do something about the horrible oil spots on the sensor :o(
@harley84 Sorry about those oil spots! I've been putting off getting my sensor cleaned. I've changed lenses so often on windy days at the beach, my shots look like they have the measles!
@orangecrush oh no!!! wait until you see how bad the spots are on mine!! This is brand new Nikon d600, well I got it for Christmas, so it's about 6 months old. I saw the spots several months ago, and had heard that after a while they will go away. Not mine!! they have multiplied!
@harley84 Those oil spots won't go away by itself. The only hope is after you clean your sensor, that your camera's shutter won't emit new ones, after it has been broken in so to speak...
I love the creamy tones and the fine detail - I initially thought "cat's claws" from the thumbnail - I really like this olow idea - I only have my 'kit' lenses and my Macro - my lensbaby is on order - slow ship - lot of ocean to cover - waiting - waiting - waiting - but me & my macro are in!
Oh i might try the week of macro...i have the 50mm also. i have been using it on the flower shots i have been doing but mostly coming up with spider bites lately instead of good shots!! :) I will try to stay focused on this!
I just got my 50 mm..so maybe I will do it. I am not too great with it yet. There is a learning curve....any tips would be appreciated. You rock yours! I am going to get my macro lens soon too! yay

I have some oil spots too :( I clone them out if they're visible lol. @harley84

Sorry Jerry for highjacking your comments :P I hope your camera will recover from it's measles any time soon ;)
