I've found Crepuscular rays can also be called, Sunbeams, Jacob's Ladder, Gods Rays, Backstays of the sun, Fingers of the Gods, Ropes of Maui, Stairway to Heaven, Buddha's Rays. Whatever term you use for this natures light show, it is lovely to see!
I LOVE it when I see those and it's even better to capture them in a photo! I have always called them the fingers of God and never heard anyone else call them that......
