From May to October, what we are doing on the weekend depends in large part on what is listed on the program taped to the kitchen window. If the double feature at Red's is on our list, we won't be heading out of town. The movies they get there are later in their season than the cinema in town, but at $12 a carload and a $10 carload on Sunday, no-one minds too much if it is movies that will be out on video the following week.
Hey all those movies were here in Kamloops about 2 months ago! I took a few of the clients to see a couple of them. But I still wish we had a drive-in here! $15 a head for entry to the theatre and then you have to buy your snacks on top!! Pricey!!
@cimes1 Funny about that name, my Dad dreamed he had a daughter named Dixie, but I was born and raised in Wyoming and now live in the redwoods on the Border of OR/CA right on the pacific.
There used to be a drive-in near the town I grew up in. It was always fun to go past there when a movie was showing. You could see the picture from a long ways away- but no sound. Looks like it will be an entertaining Spring for you.
