I love summer because I love the feel of heat in the air and cool water at the same time and the lazy sense of being able to regulate my temperature by sliding in and out of the pool or river. I don't have a pool but since we had to get a motel for one night while picking up the kids, I indulged in a swim and hot tub
Since we drove through the night the previous night and then helped the kids haul stuff out of their rooms we were exhausted and grouchy and sleep and water were the cure.
looks like such a nice place. i, too, love summer - but only because i love to swim and only when i have access to water. if not, i am miserable. very nice shot, Dixie, hope you had a great time.
