@maggiemae no, I couldn’t alone but the iPhone has burst mode, where you hold the button down and get 6 or 13 or 25. I don’t know how to control how many, but you get a lot of pictures, shot fast, and can select the ones you want to keep. On my other camera, I do a video and screen shot paused sections.
