Eh, I give up on this one. I do like the composition and lighting, but I had the hardest time getting my camera to focus. It probably needed more light. Ultimately I tricked it by placing another object near the heart, allowed it to focus, removed the other object and then snapped. Lost count of the failed shots and then gave up.
Played with editing and now I'm done with it. I want to give it another try at some later date to see if a better mood will result in a better photo. Bleh. LOL
Cute name and photo. I do not know your camera. Can u manually focus which means you need a stable surface or tripod....I have been there still get there and know the frustration, but if u can lock the focus somehow???
In saying this I still like this photo very much, was just appealing to your frustration
Great title!! I like the heart and the shadow! And the white background is lovely!
Sometimes photography is like life... some shots are easy, some are hard, some are good some are bad... but in the end it is the experiences that count.
I rather like this shot! And it was an experience for you =D (I like to try to put positive spin on things... =))

My camera is P&S. Depress button partway to focus and then depress fully to release shutter. I don't have a tripod, so everything at this point is handheld.
But I know very good results can be had with P&S, so I struggle on, trying to learn and get better. :-)
Love the composition and the shadow of the heart. Cute title too. I totally understand. Focus in different situations is so difficult. That was smart to focus on another object and move it.
I can see how your camera would have difficult time to focus if it doesn't have manual focus. I'd maybe try to crop in tighter to eliminate the left portion.
I fully sympathise! I 've got a heart on my photo today, and in the end I cheated and stuck the camera on Auto (shock, horror I hear people say!!) It had me beat and I was about to lob said heart at something or someone otherwise!!
I like your title and this shot. I know what you mean as I have no macro setting so I have to work with closeups. I rarely use a tripod and prop myself against things that hold me more still. I use auto settings and not manual and have learning to do. It is a learning experience here on 365 and the plus is we can get help when we ask or simply post.
