Trail running alone

My entry in this weeks 52pom2019 challenge "Alone"
out tonight running through the woodland with my camera on a tripod running towards it triggering using a wifi remote in my right hand.

@onewing Well thank you Babs, I do try to stay fit, I have done all my adult life, funnily I ran Marathons from the early 1980's to the late 1990's, I could run at 8 minute mile pace, now its more like 13 minute mile pace, must be an age thing, lol:)
