Wool Conditioning House

The Conditioning House Bradford was established as wool testing centre it was built around 1902 and in its heyday employed hundreds of people the building was closed in 2003.
Priestley Construction have redesigned and are currently converting this grade II listed former mill to create 133no. luxury apartments, grade A offices, gym and cafe.

Quite a job. So glad it is being converted to apartments rather than being knocked down.

@louannwarren Thank you for your comment and Fav Lou Ann, its in a prime location almost along the Bradford outer ring road, within 15 minutes walk of the Railway station and the city centre:)

@onewing Thank you Babs for your comment, absolutely no chance of it being knocked its a grade II listed building planning permission only granted if all the external facade is retained:)

@ludwigsdiana Thank you for your comment Diana its costing £11m to convert, don't know what it cost them to buy in the first place, goodness only knows what the price of an appartment will be, and yes I will go back on completion of the work:)
