Many thanks for all your well wishes hence this shot by my daughter, went out for a 6km run with her and my grandson this morning to test myself out after the TIA all went very well indeed.

Happy to see you up and running - many "healthy" people would struggle with a 6km run so I think this is amazing!

@onewing Thank you so much for your comment Babs, I run 5km each Saturday morning with my daughter, Ethan wanted to come with us but it was just a little to far for him, btw I can't drive for the next four weeks:)

@pcoulson Oh dear a bit of a bummer not being able to drive, but with lockdown I am sure you wouldn't have been going far anyway.
When David had a bleed on his brain he couldn't drive for 3 months.
