Spanish 29 years old guy that loves photography and Nokia (as objects, of course I love as well girlfriend, family, friends...etc). Pharmacist working at Jaca...
I was pretty entertained by this. I didn't know Nokia camera/phone did this or had this capability. Can you take a shot where there is more distance between the objects and post?
@beatnikphoto Yes, for sure! =) I'll take one later and post here in the comment. Meanwhile you can check more examples here: https://refocus.nokia.com (pushing F5 refresh the page with new images)
In what I tried the result is really good and have a lot of possibilities, furthermore, you can have all in focus in conditions where it wouldn't be possible because of the conditions (bottom right icon on the refocus website while viewing a pic)
@beatnikphoto Hi Brian! I tried other with something that will fit more with your request, check it out =) http://nokia.ly/I6vr7z
And I added a partial desaturation at the first image, when you open it
@petaqui Yes I do. There's a camera maker here https://www.lytro.com/ that does the same thing. I'm wondering if they are licensing the technology to other companies or others are figuring out their own solution to this - like nokia. It would be really interesting to see this technology in a high end full frame DSLR.
