Rigamortis has set in so there's no saving it. The coroner will be coming over later to do an autopsy. My guess is dehydration and starvation. Both cats look concerned. However, the tail is intact. They are innocent.
I think I'll text this image to my daughter and ask her she'll be returning for it. (Smirk)
I dove into the investigation further, recalling an ant issue and some poison being used. That would explain the bluish tint and perfect skeleton. Case closed.
@kjarn yes 🙂. I'm keeping it just to see the perfect skeleton formation .
PS. I swear I am not murdering lizards. I live in Florida and we have plenty.
