Rainbows put in windows to make children's walks more interesting have become a sign of hope, of community spirit and of support. It may have started as a kids thing but I've loved spotting them on my runs this week and my friend who's a carer has enjoyed seeing them on her travels to clients. So despite the fact I live in an adult only household today a rainbow was painted and displayed in our window.
