Friday which should be the thirteenth

Went for a run this morning. Had a bit of a tumble where the tarmac had been lifted up by tree roots. Lots of grazes, bruises and broken glasses and distal radius (bone in my wrist).

@linnypinny thanks so much. My fall is the gift that keeps on giving lol, found a black bruise on my big toe this morning and a bruise on the side of my forehead this afternoon!
