Jermyn's House at Christmas by quietpurplehaze

Jermyn's House at Christmas

In its usual daytime role, Jermyn’s House, originally the Hillier’s family home, is an elegant 18th century manor house sitting in the 180 acres of Sir Harold Hillier Gardens. I can vouch for the lunch in the Garden Restaurant.

At the 'Light-up' show the facade of the house made a good base for an ever-changing Christmas display.

My new Sony RX100M6 delivered the goods as usual, despite the rain**, the darkness (obviously) and lots of folk playing 'photobombing'.

** I hid it in my coat and let it out briefly to take a shot or two.
Oh my that looks amazing!!! Think I've decided which Christmas lights I'm going to next year!!!!

@365anne

Anne, what my photo cannot show is that it's moving and projected from a camera, lots of different scenes, just managed to capture a couple!

Great idea by the decorators to use projected images. Great job of capturing it by you and your RX100.
