This lookout rests on the foundations of the Nipissing Company’s Low-Grade Mill, built at a cost of $375,000 in 1912.

So, I'm wondering if you put the camera on "timer" and ran up to join your friends in the picture! That was a rather hefty building cost for 1912. Good shot!
