Snack Time

This moose was dipping his head under water feeding on the lilies and other water plants.
It takes a lot to feed a 1500 Ib (680kg) adult moose, the average adult Moose lives 10 to 15 years.

FAV AND FOLLOW ow wow this is awesome! I have been to Canada and driven across the rockies and never saw a real moose. Apparently I was told they are quiet fiery tempered. when I first heard that I laughed, cuz to me they look like big daft reindeer!

Fabulous!! I have travelled to Nova Scotia and also Newfoundland and longed to see a moose but we only saw the antlers hanging on the front of sheds and garages. How lovely to see this one!! Thanks for sharing!! Fav and following!!
