Lazing On A Sunday Afternoon

The beach attracted crowds over the weekend as summer got into full swing in the Southland. The breeze was cool but the sand was hot under my feet as I made my way down to the water just below the pier with some fellow 365ers, each loaded down with camera equipment. I'll post more photos from our meet-up throughout the week.

That's a lot of people!!! Let's see, in 4 days, we've seen 2 people walk by on the beach here! Of course, yours is a warm sandy beautiful coastal beach and ours is a cooler, mosquito haven, rockier area!

Perfect capture of that beach scene! It was so wonderful to see you again at your part of the woods....or, the beach as the case might be!! Actually, this does not look crowded to me at all....at least, not like a sunny holiday weekend when there is no place to put down your towel!
