I'm back home on the West Coast, it's true, but part of me is still on the coast of Southern Italy so I plan to keep posting from that wonderful trip. This was our first view of Sorrento from the narrow road that threads its way along the high cliffs above the sea. This area is known for its Limoncello - made with lemon rinds, alcohol, water and sugar- and is the jumping off spot for those headed to the Island of Capri.
