Taking the car ferry to the San Juan islands is truly one of my favorite forms of travel. Although I've taken this trip dozens of times, it never fails to thrill me. The scenery is splendid and I always feel a sense of calm after that 5O-minute trip on the waters of Puget Sound.
Oh do I remember that. I went to a theosophist camp on Orcas Island every June for more than 10 years. I miss it. Have a lovely time. Maybe you'll get to see orcas?
