Last year at this time, I traveled in Japan with a small group of photographers during cherry blossom season to capture the wonders of Spring.
We visited Tokyo, Hiroshima, Miyajima, Himeji Castle, Mt Fuji, so by the time we got to Kyoto, it was past the peak. Still there were many picturesque spots where the blossoms were still in good condition. This is one of the gardens where the weeping branches of the trees were displayed in full of color.
