On my husband’s birthday, we visited the Palm Springs Museum of Art and were greeted at the entrance by the dramatic 26-foot high sculpture of Marilyn Monroe. It is the work of sculptor Seward Johnson in a series called “Icons Revisited.”
So wonderful to see her again!! 5-6 years ago this statue travelled to Bendigo, a rural city in Victoria, Australia - and we, the brolly girls travelled there and took several photos of the brolly girls under Marilyn :) it was amazing - thanks for sharingv :)
