Single Red Arrow out of a formation of 10 flying over Kendrew Barracks ( Formerly RAF Cottesmore ) in Rutland.
Nice! How did you manage to capture it center frame so perfectly?

@tracyleaoh It's a cropped image I had 1 3/4 in this shot so I cropped the other 3/4's out you can just make out its smoke in the top left corner :)

Aha! I saw two "v's of the Rec Arrow flying low east to west this afternoon over the field behind our home (Croft, S. Leics) - one must have been this one. Nicely captured. Fav.

@shepherdman Thank you :) They had a turn point somewhere near Bruntingthorpe so should have been quite close to you they were then heading north to Blackpool.

@onewing Yes I miss the fact that we no longer have RAF bases around us it all very quiet now! I grew up with various aircraft always overhead hence my interest I think. :)

@rjb71 We are lucky, we now live near RAAF Williamtown in New South Wales which was David's last posting during his RAF and RAAF days. (Now retired), so we still see plenty of military aircraft.
