A quick stop off today at Thetford forest on my way back from visiting a client. It thankfully stopped raining after nearly 2 full days.

Brings back memories for my husband I am sure. They used to have military exercises in Thetford forest when he was on Officer training in the RAF

@cirasj It sure would be unfortunately I only had a little time today might try to visit again in warmer times.

@onewing There are still ranges in the forest plus the USA bases of Mildenhall and Lakenheath near by. Most of the time I was there, there were fighter jets flying over making a lot of noise not that I minded it's to quiet in Rutland these days.
