view from Kinder Reservoir across to Kinder Downfall which comes down on the left side of the photo below the sky. There wasn't any water coming down though, not enough rain lately for that. We had a great walk here today :)
I ran out of time to see all I wanted to see of England when I was stationed there with the US Navy back in the 1980s. Never made it up to the Lake District, unfortunately. I love getting to see it in your photos. Well done! (and a Fave)
If you get the chance go back when it's been raining for a while and it's windy - the waterfall gets caught by the wind blowing into the valley and it flows UP. It looks amazing from the top.
You have found a wonderful viewpoint here, with the overlapping folds of the hillsides. Beautiful!

I know, I need to go when there's a good amount of water coming over it! This was taken from white Brow, a path that goes from the end of the reservoir up to William Clough.
