Fly agaric

These popped up at school yesterday - I've been looking out for them for a couple of weeks, they're always later at school than everywhere else it seems. A day old and already been nibbled... it's not a good photo but this is literally the only photo I took today so I had no choice in what to post!

Mmmm I share your ambivalence about wanting a 'perfect' image and yet very often in my experience I get to them when they've been 'nibbled'. (I love your choice of word - very apt :)
