@selkie A tough choice! The two childrens books were both really good (Pax and Who Let the Gods Out). I loved the writing of Autumn, the author's use of language was brilliant but I think In the Labyrinth of Drakes was probably my favourite as it's part of a series and I love the female character in it. I wasn't too keen on The Nature of Autumn as it was more about the author's personal life than about autumn I felt, but I'm going to give him another chance and read The Nature of Winter soon.
Love the autumn colours of this month. I'm going to check out the Marie Brennan series!
