These two spend most of the day feeding in close proximity to one another. (Until I open the front door, at which time the grebe heads for the middle of the pond.) Was finally able to get a decent shot of them together.
Yes, The water levels getting low, but it's about a half acre. Softshelled turtles, occasional hooded mergansers, great blue heron and sandhill cranes, but for the past month these 2 have pretty much had the place to themselves.
