...of 'eaten/yet to indulge' Yorkshire curd tart. First time of making after a huge fit of nostalgia! Not quite there yet but definitely worth pursuing the perfect recipe! Nice as is but needs a smaller tin & slightly less wet mix.
Also did a bilberry pie, lemon cream cake .
