The view from Don Pasquale

I typed a load of stuff about what I have been up to today only to have the internet drop out and of course I hadn't pressed save so I won't bore you with any more.

By the way for those who have shown concern about Bas - he seems to be adapting to having a weak right foot and he's shouting his head off at the moment because he's happy and wants to come out.

A little trick I learned is if I am going to write a lot is do it in a program like Word. Then copy and paste into the internet. On our Weight Watches post go into the black hole all the time so if you have a copy in word you are saved. Lovely shot.
