My neighbor that just got back to the river a couple days ago from Florida made this Rhubarb Pie and gave it to my wife and me. It was still warm when I cut into it. It is just perfect, tasted quite q bit like more. But I want to make it last. I just have to call this guy (Bob the Baker. His wife brought it to us and commented on how cold the temp is. We did have flurries this morning.
Ahhh...rhubarb pie! Your picture makes it look as good as I know it was! I'm so excited to see rubarb in the stores here in NS...there may be a pie in my future, too!
