Believe it or not---Last Sat. this Muskie fell from the sky onto the parking lot at the marina where I work. He is a little one only about 10 inches long. When full size this fish is a sought after game fish. The record now for New York State is 69lbs15ozs that is 60 plus inches caught in the St Lawrence River. This record was set in
9/22/57. No, they don't fly when young. A bird of prey such as an Osprey like Nicklynn posted a couple days ago. Now most all fishing charters practice the "catch and release" method.
