I got rather excited this morning. I went out in front of the place across the road from me to get a photo of an island that had the early morning sun on it. I took a couple shots, and then I heard a strange noise from the large tree that I was under. A young Bald eagle had just taken flight. I thought (wow) then it flew a short distance and another eagle that was on an island to my right took flight, going after the first one I saw. They made full contact which can be seen in lower left. lower right. They went their separate ways after I took the bottom right. I was using a 75-300 lens. I wish I had had one with more reach. I would also like to know how I could have enlarged these before I put them into this collage.
Tomorrow morning I am going to look up into the tree before I do anything else.
WOW this is great, my kind of photography, but we dont have the fab wild creatures you have. Were they fighting when the met in the middle?? I use Picasa 3 which is a free download and it has a crop tool that I use often.
