darkroom light

Blast from the past. I just came across this darkroom light. Yes, it is what was used in darkrooms when processing film. Fueled by kerosene. The glass in the light is amber, the one right next to the light is dark red. Have we come a long way or what???

We have indeed. although sometimes I wonder if we are better off with all this technology sometimes... :)
