Room 32

Room 32 is the National Gallery's largest room, and it is where Italian 17th-century paintings by Caravaggio and Guido Reni, and Artemisia and Orazio Gentileschi can be viewed. The room closed for renovations in January 2019, and reopened in July this year. It has been restored to the original 1876 design, and it looks wonderful! Here is an article on the refurbishment: https://www.nationalgallery.org.uk/stories/the-refurbishment-of-room-32
Gorgeous room! Perfect symmetry in your photo. I bet those paintings really glow with that wonderful skylight. I doubt it actually let's in real sunlight, tho'. Thanks for sharing this as I don't know if I'll ever see it in real life.
