@maggiemae thankfully my husband is a techie! Sadly it seems that the laptop is beyond help. We do have an older laptop so he has set that one up for me. Now I am just sorting out Lightroom and Photoshop, trying to find all my presents, brushes etc on my external drive. Thank goodness everything was backed up to an external hard drive.
