Shadows

I signed up for the 'pick the theme' discussion - http://365project.org/discuss/themes-competitions/7781/pick-the-theme - and was given the theme 'shadows' .. and this is what I came up with!

I've really enjoyed a whole month of being reminded about my love of black and white photographs - my first love! I've really enjoyed seeing other people's photos - and I've totally enjoyed playing with selective colouring so much - reckon I can add to my repertoire, now :o)

This is more grainy, and has more empty space, than my 'usual' photo (whatever that is!) .. I'd welcome critiques, on this and any of my photos :o)

sarah, i like grain in pics ..but you asked for critique ..so here goes...i think the's too much grain...i don't know if it is as a result of a crop.....i think shadow pics should be bold and sharp !

I have enjoyed your B/W work and selective colouring this month. I look forward to some Sarah colours in August and of course the 'manc tree'

Wow, Sarah this is very nice. Minimalism in b&w. Bravo for a brilliant composition of shadows. :-)
