Between a broken dishwasher and a husband recovering from knee surgery, there wasn't a whole lot of time to take photos. The best I could do was to throw my new sock project on the bench and take a quick photo before the light completely faded after dinner.
It does make my heart happy that my knitting completely matches my knitting project bag. :)
In some of my projects it's SOMEDAY, capital letters . Ha ha! You're knitting the tops, both at the same time Why haven't I thought of that with the any pairs of socks I've knit?
@aglennc Oh, yeah. Two at a time all the way! (Except the heel turning bit - you can only do short rows on one sock at a time.) Otherwise I wind up with a number of sadly single socks because I don't like knitting the second one. :)
@sarahsthreads I do understand that! The second one has always taken me longer than the first. I have knit about 20 HUGE Christmas stockings with the names of each person they were for......my family, a cousin's family, etc., and when our two kids married, ones for their spouses, two or three for long term (several years) international students we've had live with us) I did this over several years, but the last several took LOTS longer that the earlier ones.
