Yesterday we had dance photos. I do order the studio prints - mainly to get the group shot - but I prefer the ones I take. My kids always pose better for me than a stranger!
This is one of two costumes for Anna this year. Her other costume is the pinkest pink I have ever seen (and given that I have two girls, I have seen a lot of pink over the years.) Thankfully, they chose their ballet costume for the pro photos, which is meant to look a bit like a wedding dress - they're dancing to Pachelbel's Canon in D for ballet.
