All I can I remember happening is that we had a Holocaust survivor come and speak to us during 4th period. He gave are really well-made but it also was sad. This is a scene from my Latin book.
I have heard several survivors speak- we must keep hearing their voices so it won't happen again. From what I've read about Roman parties- this is the PG version!
I think this is the PG version too. This is one of the parts of the Roman culture that I do not appreciate. I think we must keep hearing about the Holocaust so this is never ever repeated. However, I find hearing about the Holocaust very upsetting and saddening.
