These might be called Scotch thistles but they are found just about everywhere in the world! They have a lovely shape!

@maggiemae They are totally different to a scotch thistle. They have a similar flower but the leaf and stem and nothing like.

great composition, the rhythm between the thistle and distant tree is very effective as is the arrow formed by the cloud above.
